Anyone has an experience using the above Service provided by Aramex.com?.

Basically, once you register with them, they give you a US and UK address, hence when doing shopping online with site that do not shop overseas, you can direct the items to your US or UK mail address and Aramex on turn will forward your stuff to Oman at a certain rate

I have used it and I love it, no I can shop practically anywhere and buy anything online. I especially like the fact that its mych cheaper to buy books on Amazon now.
I hate ordering books on standard mail which normally takes ages, I like to get my stuff fast. With Aramex, I can get it fas and as much saving 50% of shipping cost

Anyone else using this service, any further comments. And one more thing

We have it. My father and brother use it a lot, but I never have. I find it too expensive. It's $15 for the first half kg and then about $7 for each additional half kg. It's too much for books and DVDs. But it's worth it for other stuff, like for example ordering clothes from GAP and other US sites that don't ship outside the USA.

Used it last week for my new ipod video.

Cost me a total of RO 130, including aramex shipping.

They sell it here for 160, so I guess it was well worth it.

Placed the order on a Tuesday, I received it by Sunday.
