Hi,
I want to make an official complaint to BP regarding the misbehaviour of one of their staff towards my father and mother. The employee was an expatriate attender at one of the petrol pumps.
He was very rude and even wen to the extent of shouting at my parents. When asked to clean the windscreen he apparently told my mother that she can clean it herslf.over that he used abusive language.
I spoke to a concerned person in BP but there seems to be no action taken.
I would really like to know where i can make an official complaint. I really dont care if the guy gets fired.People like them need to get fired. Becasue in anycase he doesnt seem to be doing his job

It's no longer BP but anyhow, BP staff are still the same, and the office is still at the same place but it's 100% Omani now. Anyhow, go to the office in Qurm, it's behind Shell station at PDO. If you drive past Shell Station, take the first right, and follow the road - the old BP office is there. Maybe someone can help you there. Why dont you check the station manager though?

YOu should have just complained to the staion manager on duty there. Thers always one on duty anytime of the day.

That should help. They normally do take action.

it never works like that, if someone disrespects your mother like that, just go and beat them up, that is the only way you can teach them a lesson, BELIEVE ME!

True. if something like that happens to u again. dont think. just kick his ass. and dont stop untill ur knuckles bleed. Never compromise when it comes to ur family.

There always is a better way to deal with such things than kicking people.Remember, you're not only keeping your dignity and respect by not kicking him, but also making a good example for a civilised person.

Good luck with the complaint,

Don't you think that makes you a worse person than the one being rude? <img src="/threads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />

If my sons were to behave in such a manner and with the same mentality I would be ashamed of them not proud.

Well i must say that violence is not the answer. But first of all you know that your complaint is not going to do anything. Plus the guy disrespected you family, your mother more specifically, that does not fly. I won't let that fly!!! I would try to talk to the guy, but if he kept being an ass then there is no other way then to teach him a lesson.
