This is how the road ion my block looks like from my window

Its amazing what nature can do to our environment in a matter of minutes - Its also a very frightening thought!
I had to drive on that same road yesterday for a driving lesson, and there was so much water flooding the roads etc
If you come to shatti al qurum, you will see the trees totally up rooted from the ground and the sign posts fallen over or bent.

Many ppls homes have also been ruined due to water getting into the house...I think the infrastructure of houses here needs to be much better, preferabbly water proof!

The damage caused by the rain is much worse here in Al- Hail. there is a big whole in the garden in my house which looks as if a missile crashed there:) for some reason the soil gave way. i dunno maybe there was a cave under my garden <img src="/threads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />. And i noticed many other houses here are also damaged by the rain. especially the ones which were built right in the wadi's way. some wadis here have been dry for so long ppl built their houses in the middle of them. nobody expected them to overflow !!.

That looks like my street... but then again, my parents moved and I was only at my new place for about 3 weeks <img src="/threads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> So all the streets looked the same to me!!

Damn... That rainy huh?!?!

Is your house flooded?!

I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVEE!!!!LOL,

And they are allowing people to drive in that kind of weather, thats very dangerous!!!
