I used a Tripod with my 18-200 mm Lens. Set on manual, and played around with the ISO and shutter speed and as well with Aperture. After 10 shots this what I finally was happy with. What do you think

Very nice Neo.
How did you get the detail in the moon? Every time I'm trying I just get a plain color moon.

Below are the properties I used. Also once you take the photo, you need to crop the moon part so that to zoom it in. Try it
Exposure: 0.001 sec (1/2000) Aperture: f/5.6 Focal Length: 200 mm ISO Speed: 400 Exposure Bias: +5 EV Flash: No Flash

The photo is not appealing to me. I would've liked to see the moon centered. Your motiv seems lacking, why would you want to put the moon in the top corner.
On the second thought I have (yes I have two, sometimes at once!!). I seem to think, while you may have lacked the right motiv putting the moon in the top corner, it seems nice you've put the moon, like the moon.
I don't think you'll understand what I mean. But, when you see the moon with your eyes in context with the rest of the world. You see it up and in the corner. The same way I like that this photo is simply of the moon by itself, nothing else, yet it is captured as if there are other references in the picture. (Hope u understood tho :-P )

It looks great in the top corner - centered would of been bland. Would of been nice if you got a silhouette of a tree in the bottom right.... - ha.. You must of cropped heavily as a 200mm would not of got this close without cropping.
Woofer added 1 Minutes and 4 Seconds later...
