Using "search" for Oman Forum

I don't know if it's just me, but I am having problems using the search function in this forum.

Is there anyway the the mods could please look at simplyfying it?

I was searching the forum the other day for "gym" and no results came up, even though I know there are multiple threads out there with this keyword.

If it's not the site, it must be me. Can anyone please offer some tips on how I can make search work?

The search algorithm does not now work for words of 3 letters or less. Read the error message the comes up when you search for a 3 letter word. Most common one is "car". this is a problem with the forum software itself, not a lot we can do.

Use Google's search instead. There is a way of limiting it to just www.omanforum.com. In Google, type:

site:www.omanforum.com gym
