I'd love to try Adam's Gym but it's so far away from town!

Well, Adams is good... the only thing missing is that they cannot expand it and add a swimming pool... I mean if you'd enjoy swimming as well...

Does Future opposite Shatti Plaza have a private section or is it all exposed? Whenever I go to Shatti cinema the blinds at Future are open and you can see the people working out inside. It's always all men. Where do the women work out?

I think I'd probably consider Al-Falaj Hotel's gym - near work, and they have all the basics (gym equipments, sauna, steam room etc) and of course, the ladies section is divided, so there really isnt a problem with men bumping into women or seeing them work out. This was a few years ago, I hope it's still the same.

Al-falaj's was good back in 97 not any more. I think it needs a major refurbrishment!

I always faced the problem of not being able to decide where to go since each n every 1 has its pros n cons. I ended up getting some basic equip's at home n i find it quite constructive!. But when it comes to swimming i go to the PDO junior's club. The pool there is awesome, u just need to choose the right timings when there r no kid's around.

    I've tried Falaj. Not bad.
Has anyone tried the Sheraton in Shatti. That one is pretty good. A lil small though.
