Does anyone know whether OSN (was showtime) still broadcasting English Premier League? I can't find any matches in their sports channel today.

EPL is now broadcast on the Abu Dhabi Sports Channels (3 - 8) - you will need a new card and box to view.

Yep. Unfortunatley, the only channel broadcasting the EPL is Abu Dhabi sport channel HD of which the only way to get is to buy the decorder of which the card is built in. I guess Mustafa Sultan (showtime guys) are the only authorized dealer for such decorders.

I shouldn't include the sport channels into my subscription, when i renewed my subscription, the guy who take care the showtime counter in MCC told me that EPL will still be broadcasted

The guy obviously had no idea what he was talking about. You should ask for your money back claming you took the sports channels only because the EPL would be broadcast.

Yep M Sultan are the only authorised dealers. Decoder box has two slots so you can put your showtime card in there as well, as opposed to having two boxes. AD card is a proper card it's not built in

This whole episode of Abu Dhabi Sports handling the EPL has just been a nightmare. First they sayed that you either pay only for the card (which shoud work with any other decorder) for a fee of around 38 OMR or buy the decorde with the card in it for 110 OMR. Then, just few days before the start of the EPL, it has been apparent that the card does not work with any othe decorder except the HD decorder supplied by Abu Dhabi Sports !! So, if I have Showbox, I cannot watch the EPL unless I pay the 110 OMR and have to deal with having two decorders at home ! What a pathetic arrangement !!!

if you guys have a fast broad band connection then use myp2p.eu...or if you guys are from india,...get tata sky or dish tv....hell with showtime, osn, orbit..they are there to rip you wallet off...thats y i love jazeera sports...except for EPL they show almost every sporting event on earth and all football leagues and cups, world cup and the champions league...all for only 20 odd riyals per year...

Abu dhabi has snapped all the English premier League rights this season, you have to hook up with the new card to support the new channels, Its not a must you get new decoder because the are two slots when you can plug it.

I bought the decoder and 1 year subscription for RO 105. Now, only Hello shop (was Fono) in Sabco Qurum selling this decoder, it's not available anymore in Mustafa Sultan Al Khuwair.

Just pay attention for those who live in the building where the cabling provided by the landlord, you might not get the HD channel, and the EPL matches only available in HD channel. It happened to me, I had to ask the satellite technician to install new dedicated cable from the dish to decoder, after that all problem solved.
