I wish to share my bitter experience with the Nawras customer services.
This is the second incident happened with me recently. I had been to their Azaiba office counter to pay the monthly bills. After an hour being in queue when reached to the counter I found the swap card reader equipment is out of order.
The staff has no curtsey to post a notice regarding the breakdown of the machine.
When I approached the Manager on my discomforts and loss of valuable time he offered me to collect the money from bank ATM to clear my bills as a good gesture I really thank him for his concerns.
Since it happened for the second time, I wished to bring this matter to the attention of CEO and accessed to their website to obtain e mail ID but no response from the customer care section.

The service of Nawras was far better in the initial stage but now slowly their quality of service started to deteriorated. By posting a simple notice the valuable time of customer would have been saved.
