Dental License with MOH, Oman

Dear All,

My spouse is a dentist (endodontist) with Abu Dhabi HAAD license - general practioner. She has over 9 (3yrs in Abu dhabi + 6 yrs in India) years of consulting work experience covering general and specialized dental treatment. Anybody has information specifically on following points;

1. Is a dental license from HAAD Abu Dhabi valid in Oman? or is the license transferable with Ministry of Health (MOH), Oman?
2. With three years work experince in Abu dhabi and rest in India, can it waiver some aspect of dental licensing process at MOH?
3. With this GCC experience can she apply for specialist/consultant license?

Any sharing of publicly available information specific to licensing process or any indiviual experince shared will definitely help in considering a shift to Muscat.

She has to clear Written and Oral exam to get a license...again the clinic or hospital should sponsor for that....in the sense, you get selected to work in a particular clinic/hospital and you get to join them on the condition of clearing the exam..

Normally for specialist one needs five years exp after PG....
